Erin Frederick is a miracle worker! Erin saved a Real Estate deal by being able to provide the buyer with homeowners insurance whereas other agents (as in 15) were not able to provide the insurance. If you are looking for an insurance agency to handle your insurance needs, Darr Schackow is the place to go! As a long time State Farm client, it was hard for me to switch my insurance. I finally switched my auto over to Paul Freix at DSI and I am so thankful I did. The customer service is like no other. Paul sat down with me and explained all the coverages on my policy, which up to that point I had no clue what I was even paying for. For the first time I did not base my decision solely on price but on the fact that I had an agent who cared about me and was making sure I had the proper coverages. I love that if I have a problem or question, I can call my agent and speak to him or one of his assistants each time versus calling a service center and never speaking to the same person. Their staff is professional, knowledgable, and truly cares about their clients. What more could you ask for?
