I changed my business coverage to Liberty DSI a couple of years ago and they saved me nearly $3000 a year! As a business owner it’s important to have an insurance agent that can make sure every risk is covered and also takes the time to explain each policy. John Darr and his staff do a great job of communicating with me whenever I need something. They respond so quickly when’re I need to add or remove a truck from our policy. I really appreciate it!

Elaine in the Milton, FL office is wonderful!! I had homeowners insurance for 9 years and knew very little about what coverage I had. When I met with Elaine she explained in detail what the coverage I was getting entailed and now I actually understand what I have. On top of that I ended up with more coverage on both my homeowners and auto policies for much less than my previous policies. Peter Prado is my commercial agent. Love him! As a wedding photography agency, you have to be prepared for the unexpected. Not only did Peter give me a great rate and excellent customer service, but he included Professional Liability coverage as well. (I hadn’t thought of that.) It’s nice to know you are covered. Things will go wrong..it’s only a matter of “when.” If you need insurance in Miami, Peter is your man.

Laura Raines did a great job of handling all the details to insure the purchase of our next home. We didn’t have all the info she needed when we met, but we got it to her later that day and she completed the process and had all the necessary info emailed to our mortgage agent by the end of the day. We have been clients of the Liberty DSI Agency for many years, and it is service like this that will keep us there!

I generally hate insurance, but with working with the Milton branch I t was easy to get help with all my needs and understand the policy. Really nice people and so easy to work with.
